  2. Una vez sofrita la cebolla,añadimos los vegetales y rehogamos.Ponemos las lentejas,el chorizo y el laurel. Salamos al gusto.
  3. Cubrimos de agua y cerramos la olla.Una vez salga el vapor,ponemos a temperatura media el fuego y las tendremos 10 minutos.
  4. Abrimos y añadimos la morcilla.La tendremos de 3 a 5 minutos a fuego bajo con cuidado para que no se agarren.
