- Le añado dos vasos de lentejas y remuevo. Una vez que esta todo bien mezclado, le echo agua hasta cubrir. Le echo un poco de sal. Las dejo medio tapadas con una tapa de cristal y espero a que las verduras estén tiernas (dependiendo de la fuerza que se tenga tardará más o menos)
- Una vez tiernas. Retiramos el pimiento, la cebolla y el tomate en un vaso de triturado y la trituramos. Volvemos a echar a la olla. Le echamos la pastilla de avecrem y rectificamos de sal y le echamos un poco de pimienta.
- Removemos muy bien para que se mezclen bien todos los sabores. Ahora es el momento de echar las patatas o el arroz. En mi caso, como han quedado espesitas le echaré un par de patatas. Y esperamos (siempre removiendo para que no se peguen las lentejas) unos 20 minutos para que cuezan bien la patata. Una vez pasado este tiempo, listas para comer.
