  6. Añadimos: la patata, la cebolla, la zanahoria, los dientes de ajo y una cucharadita de sal.
  7. Cogemos un puñadito de hierbasana, la estrujamos entre las manos (para hacerla. más fina)y la añadimos. Espolvoreamos un poquito de colorante alimentario. Añadimos el torraet
  8. Dejar a fuego medio sobre 1 hora y media aproximadamente. En el transcurso de la cocción ir removiendo con una cuchara y, si fuera necesario, añadir agua (dependerá de si como resultado final las queremos más aguadas o más espesas). Tapar con una tapadera.
  9. Servir y degustar.
