Llevamos a ebullición y bajamos el fuego a medio-bajo, dejamos que cueza durante 50 min aprox tapadas. En caso de que veas que se quedan muy secas se le puede añadir más caldo o agua pero tienes que calentarlo antes de añadirlo a la olla.
  7. Antes de servir rectificamos de sal y listo. (Consejo: una vez añadamos el caldo no remover con la cuchara para que no se rompan las lentejas, agitamos de vez en cuando la olla)
