  4. Poner a cocer en la olla exprés si es de doble presión 10' desde q ya tiene presión y si es exprés normal desde que tiene presión 20'
  5. Cuidado q no se os pegue al fondo. Al ratito de retirarlas del fuego espesan por lo q debéis añadir más caldo si fuera necesario
