- Luego podemos agregar 800 ml de agua o sustituir una parte con puré de tomate. Esta vez use solo agua pero voy variando y ambas quedan deliciosas.
- Condimentar a gusto. Yo usé 3 hojitas de laurel, sal, ají molido, condimento verde y pimentón dulce (paprika).
- Cocinar por aprox 20 min o hasta que las lentejas estén blandas.
- Recomiendo servir con arroz blanco a gusto.
