- Cuando tengo todo en la olla con el agua hirviendo echo las lentejas, yo suelo ponerlo unos 35 min, pero depende de las verduras.
- Cuando acaban los 35 min, cojo un poco del caldo, para que no se quede muy seco, y en el chino pongo la cabeza de ajos, la cebolla, el pimiento y el tomate y lo paso, el "puré" que me queda lo añado otra vez a las lentejas y están buenísimas!
