  3. 1 trozo zapallo
  4. 2 tazones lentejas
  5. 1 diente Ajo
  6. Aliños a gusto
  7. 1 puñado arroz
  8. 2 litros agua

Steps to make to make Lentejas

  1. 10 a 12 hrs antes dejar remojando las lentejas con agua tibia. Antes de empezar a preparar colar las lentejas sacando todo el agua y lavar un poco🚿
  2. Picamos la cebolla el ajo bien pequeños, el zapallo cortados en cuadraditos y paso la zanahoria por el rallador mientras pongo a hervir dos litros de agua.
  3. En una olla coloco las lentejas ya coladas, los dos litros de agua y sal a gusto, poner en la cocina a fuego medio y tomar el tiempo de unos 20 min.
  4. Paralelamente mientras tenemos las lentejas en la olla, en un sartén con un poco de aceite colocamos a freír la zanahoria, el ajo, la cebolla y cuando esté casi, echamos los aliños, algunos echan laurel etc (yo echo merkén en polvo, eneldo, aliño completo y más eneldo es que me encanta) una vez listo echamos a la olla.
  5. Recuerdan que dije que tomaran el tiempo de los 20 minutos pues ahora nos toca echar el zapallo y el arroz 🍚 (algunos les echan también papitas) probamos de sal y a esperar que el arroz esté listo, una vez que el arroz esté listo estará nuestro rico plato para servir 🥰 cuando sirvo encima echo ají color 🙌
