- Cocinar 10' aprox a fuego medio, agregar los condimentos, pimentón, orégano, provenzal seco, ajo y cebolla deshidratada
- Incorporar el bacalao que estaba reservado y la taza de arroz ya cocido en caldo o agua - cocinar 5´más - servir caliente
- Esta preparación no es para nada salada si se hizo bien el tratamiento de cambiar varias veces el agua, lavado y hervido en leche y agua fresca
