  5. Por último, las cocinamos por ambos lados en una sartén o panquequera, hidratada con ghee, aceite de coco o vegetal, hasta que apenas doren, quedan flexibles y se pueden guardar, para guardar en la heladera vamos a taparla con un lienzo o repasador limpio y húmedo, así no se resecan.
