Después en una cacerola rehogamos las cebollas y zanahorias, después agregamos la carne cortada, la panceta y el chorizo colorado. Condimentamos y dejamos que se cocine hasta que estén dorados los ingredientes.
- Después incorporamos el tomate cortado en cubitos, las lentejas ya cocidas, las rodajas de calabaza cortadas en cuadrados, dejamos cocinar uno minutos y agregamos el azúcar negro. Tapamos y dejamos cocinar un poco más.
- Cómo opcional y último, ponemos el choclo cortado en rodajas y una vez terminada la cocción servimos en lo posible en una cazuela de barro y decoramos y espolvoreamos con romero.
