- Pelar los chorizos (si cuesta mojarlos)y cortar en rodajas
- Sacar el cuero y desgrasar un poco la panceta y reservar lo demás cortar en tiritas.
- En olla freír el chorizo la panceta y los ajos picados (sin aceite la panceta largara lo suficiente)
- Mientras se frita ir picando la cebolla morrón verdeo puerro y zanahoria
- Con espumadera retirar los chorizos panceta y ajo y reservar. Agregar el aceite y al calentar la cebolla
- Cuando la cebolla transparente agregar morrón zanahoria
- Mientras pelar el anco y cortarlo en cubos resevar la parte que contiene las semillas la hueca.
- Agregar el zapallo en cunos y el verdeo y puerro. Ir pelando las papasy cortarlas en cubos.
- Poner a hervir las lentejas en una olla aparte junto con el cuerito la grasa de la panceta lo que separamos de puerro y verdeo y en otra olla las papas en cubos y la parte hueca del zapallo y 1 hoja de laurel para darles sabor.
- Agregar la carne picada y cuando cambie de color parejo los condimentos
- Luego el chorizo y panceta con ajo y después la copa de tinto y el laurel y la sal siempre revolviendo
- Agregar el puré de tomate y el tomate triturado y llevar a hervir 10 min como mínimo y retirar las papas
- Colar las lentejas retirando lo que pusimos para saborizarlas y unir con la salsa y las papas. Tuve que usar las 2 ollas. A disfrutar!!!!
