Agregar el azúcar y el pimentón (y cualquier otro condimento a gusto). Dejar que se cocine a fuego bajo y tapado hasta que todo el tomate se haya convertido en salsa. Si es necesario agregar agua para que no se pegue.
  5. Incorporar las papas, las zanahorias y las lentejas coladas. Cocinar por 5' más aprox y agregar el resto de la parte verde de la cebollita de verdeo. Revolver y servir. Decorar con más cebollita.
