Hola, para el día de hoy preparamos las lentejitas con un lomo saltado en una salsa especial, almuerzo típico de lunes, nutritivo y muy delicioso. Sin más preámbulo vamos con los ingredientes, sígueme ;)

- PARA LAS LENTEJAS :
- 1 cebolla
- 1/2 tomate
- 2 cucharas ají amarillo (en pasta)
- Culantro picado
- 1/2 kg lentejas
- 1 papa blanca
- PARA EL LOMO :
- 1/2 kg carne
- 1 cebolla
- 1 tomate
- 1/2 ají amarillo
- Sillao
- Vinagre
- Chuño
- 1 cuchara ajo
- Sal, sazonador, pimienta y azúcar

- En una olla pusimos a cocinar las lentejas en agua, con media papa picada en cuadraditos, tenemos listos nuestros insumos para aderezar las lentejas, en una sartén caliente, le agregamos aceite, doramos la cebolla con el tomate, su toque de ajo y pimienta, movemos hasta que este aderezo dore y tome su punto.
- Una vez dorado el aderezo, el ají amarillo en pasta, llega el momento de aderezar con sal, sazonador pimienta, movemos e incorporamos el culantro picado, esperamos un hervor y listo para añadirlo a nuestras lentejas como vemos en la imagen, probamos y de ser necesario corregimos sabor y a servir. Vamos con el lomito.
- Tenemos listos los ingredientes para nuestro lomito, en una sartén doramos ajo, para luego agregarle sillao, echamos un poco de agua para esperar a que de su hervor, luego agregamos sal, sazonador, azúcar, pimienta, tener mucho cuidado con la sal, ya que el sillao es salado, probamos y añadimos el chuño para darle esa textura que vamos a requerir.
- Ya lista nuestra salsa y la carne debidamente frita (a término medio), los separamos, y vamos a dorar en una sartén caliente, cebolla, ají amarillo en tiras y la carne, buscamos flamearlo (para darle un toque ahumado), y por último el tomate para que no se nos sancoche. Estamos listos para servir ;)
