  5. En la olla donde vamos a hacer la cocción, ponen dos cucharadas de ghee o aceite de oliva y sofríen el laurel, después de un ratito cuando lo huelan agregan la pasta anterior y sofríen unos minutos más, incorporan la cúrcuma, el garam masala, la sal y la pimienta y rehogan por unos minutos.
  6. Añaden las lentejas cocidas, 1 yogurt griego, tapan y cocinas por unos 10 a 15 minutos, dependiendo de como este de líquido o espeso cocinan un rato más o agregan agua hirviendo y van viendo la textura, yo agregue 1 taza de agua hirviendo aprox.
  7. Sirven los platos, decoran con yogurt griego y un poco de cilantro picado, un chorrito de aceite de oliva o ghee líquido y voilà!
