Sazonamos y agregamos los tomates, completamos 4 minutos, tomamos una cucharada honda sopera de caldo de lentejas y lo vaciamos sobre la carne, esto levantara todos los sabores en el fondo y lo devolvemos a la olla. Dejamos cocinar 5 minutos con las lentejas y reposar otros 15 minutos apagado, a que los sabores reposen y se integren. Fácil, no tiene pierde esta receta.
